I ran to the car, started the engine and screamed. I left!

I slept late and woke up ten minutes after the alarm went off. Like a domino effect, I had to leave home five minutes later than usual and five minutes of wasted time means I had to run the red light, overtake, and exceed the speed limit (I didn’t do everything, but you know what I mean, hehehe).

I yelled out loud, “Lord, please make the train late, please make the train late!”

I want to sleep on my commute time, so even if I could drive to work, the thought of not being able to get any more zzzzzz bothers me.

While trying to stay at the speed limit, I called an office colleague who shared the car with other workers at the other area offices. He gladly told me that I could go with them. I told him that it would take a miracle at that moment to be able to take the train.

I turned to the street and guess what ?! The train had just arrived !!!

I quickly find a place to park, turn off the engine, and lock the car. I run like there’s no tomorrow and got on the train before the doors closed! Live! I was in the nick of time!

At the office, I told another officemate who was riding with me on the train if he saw me panting on my way inside the train. He said, “No, but you’ve always liked adventure, huh?”

Actually, this was the second time it happened. Last time, the doors were already closed! Not only that, the train moved a bit and I had to bang on the doors.

Well, trains come and go. It will always arrive on schedule and on time too! But if I want to have it right there, I have to catch it, otherwise it won’t wait for me!

Do you know the good news that morning? God must have heard my song! You know why it was because it made the timing of the traffic lights so perfect! It was all green lights and not a red one in my way!

I guess this experience is very similar to getting what we really want in life. Sometimes we would be people with spaghetti brains wandering around not knowing what we want. But as soon as we are crystal clear with our intention, all the mechanisms to get there will appear!

Like the simplest of miracles, God will make all circumstances perfect for us!

I had to give it my all as I ran to the train, but the adrenaline was refreshing and getting a place to sit and have more zzzz was the best I’ve ever had.
