If your friends are telling you that you’re a piece of trash, maybe you should take some action. Long considered an exotic enema not intended for mere mortals, colonic irrigation may not be at all. At least not now.

Colonic irrigation is the use of mineral-enhanced water to pass through the colon and light massage.

It may sound a bit vile, but therapists who practice this say that cleansing the colon has benefits that, in addition to improving the digestive system, include brightening the skin and even changing the sex life.

If you want a bit of this butt treatment and are not affected by the side effects that include diarrhea for a few days and excessive farting, maybe you can try this treatment.

What is colonic irrigation?

Colonic irrigation is a process that consists of introducing a liquid into the large intestine and eliminating poisons, which are usually gases and fecal matter that has not been eliminated.

Some people, who have tried this treatment once, actually prefer to come back for bi-monthly therapies and claim that it makes them feel better as they are free of waste material inside them for a long time. This, of course, is not true.

Critics say that colonic irrigation is of no use since the contents of the intestine regularly cleanse themselves. The bacteria there have a very important role to play. The whole process is an unnecessary interference with nature and its balance.

However, colon hydrotherapy practitioners have other claims (understandably) and say that:

* This can cure common things like IBS, constipation and allergies, and even halitosis.

* As food passes out faster, it helps people who have bulging bags in their belly.

* Makes a great complementary therapy with a detox diet and can ensure complete removal of all toxins.

* Improves many parts of the body such as the skin, lungs and urinary tract, as the proper function of the colon is important here.

Starting with Colon

Talk to a well-known therapist who can explain the benefits and logic behind affirmations. It could also tell you if you would be a good candidate.

Those who are convinced are taken to a room and forced to lie face down after undressing.

A machine that perhaps intentionally resembles a vacuum cleaner is mounted on the wall and has a large hose sticking out. You may have thoughts of ending the session but before you can say anything this ending goes between your butt cheeks.

Once this is done, the machine kicks in and the water with lots of minerals and sometimes even helpful bacteria, travels and fills your intestines.

The machine is then turned off and the stomach is massaged. After about five minutes, the machine turns back on and the impure water comes out of the hose again.

After seeing the waste accumulated inside you come out, the assistant leaves you alone. And although you may think that everything that was in you has already been turned off, you will feel an uncontrolled desire to empty yourself and before you know it, a lot of matter will explode when you enter the bathroom.

Colon data

* The treatment uses about 60 liters of filtered water.

* Of this, about 15 liters actually enter the intestines.

*Maintenance treatments are usually recommended.

* This is quite safe, if proper sterile equipment is used, and the only side effects are short-term diarrhea and excessive flatulence.

* And the treatment is non-habit forming (thank goodness for that!)

If you now want to try a colon cleanse yourself, make sure you’re the right candidate by discussing the idea with a health professional first. Just visit a medical spa where the equipment is properly sterilized, and remember that undergoing the treatment too often is not only expensive (and disgusting), but it can also interfere with your natural bowel patterns.
