Our experienced and trained instructors can adapt the exercises to suit every stage of pregnancy, from early on when your bump may not be showing yet to later on when it’s getting larger by the day.

While it is generally considered safe to continue with Pilates throughout your pregnancy, it’s important to consult with your doctor and listen to your body. Some exercises, like inversions, should be avoided during the first trimester. Our teachers will always be mindful of your range of motion and avoid any overstretching, as the ligaments in a pregnant woman’s body are more sensitive.

Our teachers are always ready to modify exercises as needed for our expectant clients, and they will guide you to do the best version of a particular exercise for your unique body.

We encourage you to sign up for our autopay plan, which includes unlimited mat and tower classes, as this is the most convenient and affordable option for all of our clients. However, we understand that not everyone is ready to commit to autopay just yet, so we offer a 30 day in writing cancellation policy on all packages purchased through the studio.
