Whether you are looking to prevent a gout attack or are suffering from one right now, you definitely want to treat gout naturally. I’m not saying that a doctor’s care isn’t important, but if all you’re doing is taking pills, that’s only half the battle. To ensure a healthy future for your joints, you must aggressively treat gout with natural remedies.

Caused by the buildup of razor-sharp uric acid crystals in the joints, a gout attack is not only painful but can be very damaging to the affected joints. Feel free to use these remedies to treat the taste naturally.

1. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces of water a day.

2. Get regular exercise. Gout attacks are much more likely in overweight people, and regular exercise helps break down uric acid crystals and remove them from the bloodstream.

3. Eat at least 5 to 7 fresh fruits and vegetables a day. This will help reduce uric acid levels in your body. However, be sure to avoid citrus fruits, as they can raise your acid levels.

Four. Make sure to eat cherries every day. They have anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being great at reducing uric acid in the system. They are like a two-in-one remedy!

5. Avoid foods rich in purines like fatty meats, certain types of seafood like shrimp, and scallops. Also avoid certain types of vegetables like spinach, asparagus, and mushrooms (even if they are a mushroom). This is probably the best way to avoid a gout attack.

6. Don’t drink beer. Beer is also very rich in purines, so I gave a way to avoid it. Wine is not that bad, but you should only drink it in small amounts.

7. Try soaking the affected joint in an apple cider vinegar mixture for about 30 minutes.

Bonus tip. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of powdered charcoal with water and drink. Charcoal has properties that neutralize acid in the body, making it one of the most effective ways to treat flavor naturally.
